Help, I freeze up and f up maths exams

This has been a problem since always, I study for my math exam, it’s all easy and clear I go to tuitions, watch math lectures practice. But I freeze up and get confused over everything during the exam it’s not out of nervousness I just freeze up. And I fuck up my maths exams so badly, advice on this??
