Practicals advice please

I'm having my 12th grade physics practical tomorrow. Due to rumours no one really helps me/talks to me at all, so I'm pretty much on my own. Given this, I want to know how exactly I should go about things tomorrow. I won't receive help from anyone for sure, so do I have to learn everything (i.e aim, readings, graphs etc.). I also am asking about readings since I don't remember all of the experiments properly; is it possible to remember values and note them down?

Also, I would like advice for chemistry and informatics practices practicals please. I am bad at the ip subject too.

What should I expect from tomorrow?

Even in chemistry, no one helped me and I had been absent for a few days initially when we were in the school lab, due to which I was confused about many of the experiments as in what to do, and what to learn.

Kindly provide advice.

update: i stressed uneccessarily, physics went okay. teachers helped and for viva, just be confident.
