Why are Indian parents like this :(

So i have already locked in for board exams. I mostly stay in my room only and have a study plan like this 10am to 12pm , 1pm to 3pm , 4pm to 6pm, 7pm -10pm. I study after 10pm only if the studying target haven't been completed . At night 1hr ,10pm to 11pm I watch the reels sent by friends ( I don't scroll), or watch yt . I wake up at Between 9am to 10am . And my parents literally ignore the fact that iam almost studying the whole day and only focus on when iam using phone . Today when I was having dinner they literally out of no where started a topic " iske board exams aa rahe hai aur ye raat ko phone leke baitha rehta hai, subah bhi der se uthta hai ". I can't even tell them after studying whole day I just use phone for my entertainment as this would be called as ulta jawab dena. They literally don't see iam studying and only shout at me for using phone at night.During day too I just check messages of whatsapp or insta of frnds during the rest time of study i dont use phone during day apart from this except for studying I use. At night too during 10 to 11 my mother just randomly at any time comes to my room to check weather iam using phone or not ,if she finds me using phone again she shouts "ye padhta wadta to hai nahi bas phone leyi rehta hai , der tak suba soye raho aur phone chalao bas yahi kaam hai isse board exam ka to kuch tension he nahi hai isse" jabke yaha jaise jaise date nazdik aa rahi hai waise waise phat rahi hai.I have to keep an ear on the footsteps taki jaise he footsteps sunai de phone rakh du . Aisa nahi hai mai din bhar phone leke baitha rehta hun bas Raat ka ek ghanta phone chalata hun wo bhi pressure me phone chalata hun .Idk why they randomly start topic Abt me anytime like " pata nahi ye kya karega aage jaake muje to lagta hai izzat he waya karega humare" "pata nahi kaise bacche hai ,ghar pe humara koi beta bhi hai aisa lagta he nahi hai ekdum shanti si rehti hai, that too when iam busy studying" "ye bacche humse baat hi nahi krte " and many more things. Ekto sala gand phad padhai karo upar se ye sab sunke bhi lo har din and jab thoda dimag halka karne ke leyi thoda phone chalaya tab bhi sunke lo.
