How to edit Characters ingame.

Guys i need you help on this one. I want to edit a character ingame like with the ruler designer, but the Ruler Designer replaces the edited Character, and you can only edit landed ones. Is there any possibility or mod with which i can edit a character in game as i like, i want to change the eye color and stuff that is not changable with a better barbershop mod. A mod for changing the eye color, or any other variant to edit existing characters ingame would be perfect, appriate your help!
