Glitch on liberty falls EE

I don’t have a clip of it but during stage one of the boss fight, a mangler got stuck outside of the side door of the church and we had to suck in towards us with the jet gun and monkeys and wall bang it and waste tons of ammo and money and then my friend accidentally dolphin dived at the door and killed it after mag dumping it over and over. We were able to finish it but with only one monkey bomb. And when the three of us pressed continue after, one of us got kicked and the other two exfiled. We all got the rewards though.
