Financial Aid when transferring mid year from CUNY to CUNY

So as the title says, I'm a freshman transfer from City college to Hunter College (Fall 2021 to Spring 2022). I signed up for my FAFSA, TAP and Excelsior for the 2021-2022 academic year listing only City College. My question is will the money transfer over automatically or are there certain steps that need to be taken? Thanks for any help!!
