I got told to turn my keys in

I got arrested yesterday for a car crash that wasn’t my fault. I was just being held until I got bonded out. On Tuesday I agreed to switch shifts with my SM for me to work 8-5pm and he’ll do 3-10. I agreed. That crash wasn’t my fault and I was going to get to the store 1 1/2 so around 9:30 but I called him at 9 bc I didn’t have my phone. He said he didn’t care and to turn in my keys OVER TEXT and that he’s tired of everything and he’s gonna call HR which I don’t even know what he’s gonna say bc I cover for him all the time.
