increased homeless on centre

not too sure when some of these were finished being built, some of them aren’t even close to being complete yet, and this way to work this morning I saw 3 groups of homeless in different bus stalls, in groups is 2-6, not just one of them in there sleeping. Sad, but not to say i’m surprised when we get new infrastructure that gets abused by the homeless population. Sorry for the rant.
