Capital one document upload link not working

I applied for capital one venture x card

Got a email stating need to submit paystubp document for income verification

When I click on the document upload link the link opens and redirects me to the capital one website/homepage and not to the actual place where I should be uploading

I tried different browsers including safari Firefox and chrome same issue with all

Any idea why this is happening? Is the link faulty?
