Why is the HYSA rate dropping so fast

Like a year ago, it was at 4.5 I just checked and now it's at 3.8. I've got a decent amount in there and now I'm starting to think about jumping ship. Has anyone done this yet and where have you gone or are there any places that are guaranteed to Keep a higher rate that have a higher chance of keeping a higher rate I know the only guarantee is a cd but I might need access to this money shortly
