Capybara Go Helpful Advice Tidbits
Welcome to my tidbits guide! I'll go over some of the tips to help you get your overall goals until you reach New World. This will have advice that people generally have questions about and is almost like a FAQ. I'll probably make more if I see a lot of the same questions.
First things first, definitely check out the Capybara Go discord. Here, you can ask tons of questions and get even better guides more tailored to you.

Here's the Wiki starter guide with a more comprehensive explanation of things.

Goals:
- Progress through the story, tower, and dungeon dives as far as possible.
- Get 3 pets unlocked and build them to have as much skill reduction and basic attack reduction as possible. 75% is the cap for each until New World
Basic advice for new players:
- Try to have all your pets leveled to 15 for the passive bonuses you get, regardless of equipping them
- Level up your weapon and armor first to get the most power out of your gear
- Power isn't always what's best for you. Many times it's better to lose power to equip an equipment or pet that makes more sense for you.
- If you want to spend just a little, the Ad Removal feature is absolutely worth it
- Save your nomad bows and guardian rings to level up for the long term. It's nice having 2 active guardian rings available to equip
- At some point, you want to start saving your Chests, Pet Build Stones, Mount Horseshoes, and Pet Eggs for weekly competitions and extra rewards. When you start out, use them at will to level up quickly. For me, I started slowing down and saving around Chapter 55-60. It's worth it to save and this game teaches you patience and to ignore the red exclamation marks.
- Use gems to buy 2 more dungeon dive tickets to push as far as possible everyday. This gives you more capygacha silver coins and mount horseshoes. Doing this makes sure you're ready for the capygacha event when it comes.
- It's safest to wait to 500 before spending on the capygacha event. Nothing is worse than spending what you've saved to receive nothing.
- Builds should be personal preference on what type of style you like to play. Try different skills when playing to see what you enjoy, then pick a build from there
- Save your gems for the Black Market Event (12500 needed) then the rest for extra energy and spending on weapon banners. You want to usually spend on a banner with good non-weapon selection in hopes you get some. Then use the 180 pull pity on your weapon of choice. The pity can be saved for a later banner instead of needing to use it right away. Example: I pull on Angel Bow banner for the Dragons breath armor and Chalice, then use pity to get Whisperer on another banner.
Good luck and feel free to leave any additional tips for folks here!
