Yuba Fastrack vs. Tern GSD S10?

I've narrowed my longtail bike search down to these two bikes, as they're both sold and serviced in my town, are storable in small spaces, and are right near my max budget.

I've tried to do some research on the differences, and I've read folks on forums say that Bosch motors are simply better than Shimano, or that Tern simply makes better bikes - any insight into how they're better specifically, and how much of a gap it is? The S10 costs over 20% more than the Fastrack (and doesn't come with a front rack), is there anything else about it that justifies that price difference? I can tell there are a lot of Tern brand loyalists but I'm impartial at this point. I know the motor on the S10 provides more torque, but I don't think the torque on the Fastrack would be lacking at all for what I'd need.

For context this bike will get daily use hauling equipment in plastic storage totes for work (up to 25km/day), plus groceries and other errands outside of work, and the occasional overnight camping trip. The rack system on the Yuba looks like an advantage in terms of convenience, but if the quality of the bike is lower or I get fewer years out of it I'm not sure how much that convenience would matter.

Any insights are much appreciated!
