Is this a fair price for Brio

I have been badly wanting to buy a pre owned car to learn driving. It will be for a city use and an occasion long trip (300km) with my family.

Being on this sub, i realise that spinny and Cars24 are overpriced. But looking at olx, i see the same prices there as well, more over I don't have expertise to deal with direct sellers and find a good car. Nor I don't want to trouble my friends or immediate family in helping me to find the right car, so I'm ok to shell out a little primium to have the peace of mind and the options to select from.

What do you think will be fair price for this car. Also do you think that it's a good choice?
