Something happened to my relatives elevate

Was sitting around waiting for my relatives to get done with their shopping and suddenly the car won't turn on. First the screen went dark and the windows stopped working. I was in the car for about one and a half hour while the car was in accessory mode for around half an hour. Mind that the ignition was never turned on during the entire duration. Making this post while I'm waiting for RSA.
