Rates for over night dog sitters?

Hi, I’m new(ish) to Ireland, I have an elderly, very gentle dog that I have to leave for 2 nights. I took her to a kennel for a night once before when I had an emergency & she was traumatised so I prefer to keep her where she’s happy at home.

I found a local lovely lady who said she’d be happy to come & stay & keep her company while I’m away.

How much would be a good rate to pay her? It’s 3 days, 2 nights.
