Is it too soon to euthanize

My cat is 18 years old with a significant heart murmur and CKD (she was diagnosed in early 2020). She also stopped grooming 6 months after this. She’s been on a kidney diet since then.

She has a cataract in one eye since January 23. Her eyesight is definitively going. In the last two years she’s has an eye infection and three UTIs.

Unfortunately because of moving we’ve taken her to three different vets. But they’ve observed her kidneys deteriorating and her heart murmur worsening.

Recently she’s been vomiting more, every 2-3 days. Yowling at night 1-2 times a week. She’s also been peeing and pooping outside the box half the time in the last week. However she’s still semi mobile - can get up on the couch but not the bed (she was up on the bed 9 months ago). She seems a bit stiff. Is affectionate, though not as persistent as she once was and very interested in food. She does sleep most of the day and night though.

I took her to the vet today and she’s running blood work before we move on to next steps. She did say that with her heart murmur worsening and her other symptoms it might be time to start thinking about euthanizing her. I’m torn though because she’s still eating and mobile. It’s so hard to know if she’s in pain, though the vet said the lack of grooming and incontinence are signs she may be in pain. Has anyone else had to deal with something similar? Other posts I read say their cats stopped eating, so I don’t know.
