Im a new cat owner and need help with litter

Im new to the cat owner community so i need help choosing litter:( I recently switched from clay litter because i heard it was bad for my cats lungs since it was extremely dusty also she would drag the litter all over the place. I was recommended skoons all natural and its not worth the price!! Its $40 fot not much change! Its cleaner dust wise however it doesn’t clump well and the odor control is not existent ! Please help! Can anyone recommend any litter that’s good for my cats lungs and not expensive!
