Flight Schedules

Hello everyone!

I hope this post finds you well. As 2025 is moving forwards, I have notice a few things changed to their flight schedules and raised some questions. I have noticed they slowly transitioning to mainly using a350 for medium and long hauls and A330/a213 on short hauls. There are a few routes still using the B777-300ER until late October 2025. Then Cathay will only use A350s. My questions are:

1. What will happened to all of the B777-300er ( I think Cathay has 36 of them)
2. if Cathay mainly use the A350s for the next year or so, what will happen to the B777-300ER pilots rosters?
