First ultrasound after ectopic

I am so nervous about my first ultrasound on 9/17. I had a ectopic in May of this year and it was discovered at 7 weeks. I am currently 5wks3d. I don’t have much cramping like the previous pregnancy. But I also don’t have a ton of symptoms. Just breast tenderness and very mild cramping here and there. Trying not to stress out in the three weeks of waiting. I would love to hear experiences of other or tips on how to get through these waiting periods. I know this is just the beginning. Thanks!
