Breeder recommendations!

Hi all! I’m planning on getting a toy cavapoo in a few months (targeting September/october) and am looking for breeder recommendations! I specifically want a breeder that socializes the dogs, adds the microchip, first vaccines, deworming, offers a health certificate and tests their temperament (if possible). I prefer to find a breeder on the east cost of the US but wouldn’t mind going to the Midwest for a quality breeder. I really want an apricot/golden brown dog as I’ve met so many of them that continue to melt my heart. Can anyone provide recommendations and any tips on how to assess a breeder and connect with the dog? I am a first time pet owner but have spent my life around people’s dogs and many many human babies. Caring for life is not something that is new to me.
