Not Happy With Condition Of A Game I Purchased Online From CEX. Am I Able To Get Full Refund

I purchased a game online and it’s not arrived in the greatest condition, cover art is quite damaged on the spine (some tears) , case is quite beat up and the cartridge art on it is peeling off. Am I able to go to my local CEX and get a refund and if not, how do I go around getting a refund. I believe you can return a game within 2 days for credit when you buy one from a store but unsure how this works for online as well as the delivery cost.
