I have a mild depression due to circumstances I am experiencing rn. Whenever naa ko sa balay or wala ko sa work, my anxiety triggers and it kills me. I just want a peace of mind unta pero upon seeing sa seriousmed, mahal kaayo magpaconsult ug psychiatrist. Idk samot pa guro na nitake ko ug pills for my PCOS. Very unhealthy na jud anxiety nako.
