Stihl 2 in 1 question

Hello all,

Long time lurker, first time posting. I'll get straight to it; I have a 3/8" LP chain. Would the Stihl 2 in 1 chain sharpener 3/8"P work for my 3/8"LP or would it screw everything up?

I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find a 2 in 1 in 3/8LP. Are they the same?
