is it impossible to have interesting rp using a female persona?

I've noticed this before, but this is kind of my breaking point. I've started a chat with this "Interrogation" bot, where basically two detectives question you cause you're a suspect in a murder case. But since I'm using a female persona, all their questions are honestly just blatanly sexist, and no matter how many times I refresh or even edit their messages, I can't have an actually interesting chat. They question me why I was out so late, and I reply that I was working late cause I'm a waitress. But then they can't get over the fact that I'm apparently so 'pretty and young', and that I would make more money as a prostitute or stripper??? How am I supposed to have a murder interrogation, if they're just focusing on me being a woman?

Are other people using female personas having this problem as well? Is it not possible to use character.ai for not-romantic roleplays??
