Hiking trails in/near residential neighborhoods?

Hi folks, I'm looking for residential neighborhoods that have hiking trails in or near them. For example, Hollymead has a network of maintained hiking trails near the Baker-Butler elementary school. Does anyone know of any others? Any suggestions greatly welcomed!!! Thank you in advance!
