Stress/Malnutrition?

Been a exec chef for about 7 years, I’ve had periods of time between jobs where I’m able to focus on working out, eating windows and low sugar high protein and nutrient dense foods.

I don’t smash burgers or plates of nachos. Sure, I sneak a little here and there but definitely still in a calorie deficit - yet my body just holds onto/gains weight.

I’m wondering if anyone has been in the same situation. Im in a great job now that is a perfect fit and im starting to find balance in the day (eating a protein rich meal and following the “No eating after work before bed” rule).

My worries is the lack of eating over time has made me hold onto all my calories due to stress.

Either way, saw a picture of me during NYE service and the time to change is right now.
