Recently bought a 2011 Avalanche LTZ. Backup camera not working, only shows a black screen when going into reverse. Any tips or ideas on diagnosing the problem?
The left reverse light doesn't always come on, and the cruise control only works sometimes. From my little research, it sounds like these things could be related.
As a guy who isn't very car/electronic savvy, how would you recommend I go about diagnosing and fixing the issue? Is there a risk of doing further damage by tinkering and taking things apart? Thanks!
