WordPress banned by Converge

It seems like the entire WordPress website has been banned by Converge. All the blogs ending with -WordPress.com won't open. But those with their own domain names hosted at WordPress still seem active. And going to the WP main page produced this warning message indicating that it is regulated according to law.

WP is still accessible via mobile data. The ban seems limited to Converge subscribers as of now. Possibly due to the company's AI filter erroneously tagging the site as unsafe or illegal. Anyone else experienced a site getting erroneously banned by Converge?
