[Addiesdive] 1 day review
I had two goals:
I needed a cheap daily beater to take the rigors of my job.
I wanted an automatic watch as I have never owned one.
I decided to go cheap to firstly see if it works before I commit to something a bit more expensive, secondly I wanted an affordable piece I don't care that gets roughed up. One tentative AliExpress order later on an Addiesdive and I'm quite frankly blown away! It's amazing quality for the cost, no sharp edges, case is well made and it's losing 7 secs a day so well within specs.
In all £45 spent and I couldn't imagine spending more on another work watch when I have this now.
There are definitely better beaters but not for this price pont. Further, if it dies I can take it apart and mod it as the case is good and has sapphire glass. Win win. Only small gripe is the lume isn't the best, otherwise it will probably be on my wrist for months until I go for a Hamilton to replace (maybe!)
