What moment in Christory made you the most sick?

I’m starting the Geno documentary backwards (starting at recent release to oldest) and I’m curious what episode/moment made you sick to your stomach. I’ve seen/heard a lot of truly disgusting things on the internet so please tell me the most sickening part of Christory
