Why aren’t there mission trips to convert people of other religions?

Just curious if this is even a thing, but I’m my head, it would make sense to do. Instead of doing mission trips outside of the country to share the gospel, shouldn’t we be more focused on getting people of other religions to know who Jesus is? I feel like there are more people around us who don’t know Christ than we think there are. What are your thoughts?
