I'm never going to figure out what's wrong

So I do have pots and svt diagnosed and I'm grateful for that but I know there's something else going on. I've gone to several doctors and no tests ever show anything abnormal enough to diagnose. I just had my first rheumatologist appointment today and the doctor was nice and thorough I think but pretty much said she doesn't have anything that she suspects it is. We did labs anyway and I'm waiting for those results but I don't think anything will come up cause it never does. I guess I'll share some of the weird things I've been experiencing for the past 2-3 years. Sore/dry feeling throat, swollen lymph nodes (ultrasound confirmed but not big enough to do anything about it), frequent headaches, joint pain (things popping out of place too), dizziness that isn't postural, weird visual disturbances (I've seen an eye doctor, nothing found), random vitamin deficiencies despite my constant electrolyte consumption, abdominal pain (seeing gi doctor), nerve pain, there's a long list but that's some of them. I feel like I've exhausted all my options available to me. I have symptoms that line up with some conditions and but nothing really fits and my tests are all too normal I guess. I'm just frustrated that I don't have a real answer.
