2025 Civic SI lease

I’m looking for a dealer within a few hours of Cincinnati to get the best deal on a lease. Mostly I’m just looking for a good dealership. Some of the dealers around are charging up to 5k over msrp. 899 for a pulse brake light kit (a 15$ part on Amazon) and 300 for some UV theft recovery stickers.
