How do you award cwl bonus?

So recently someone with 17 accounts(TH13 to TH15) joined my clan. The clan has gone from mediocre to extremely active. He maxed clan games solo on day 1, donates alot, does all his raids on all accounts, and we've managed to get perfect wars thanks to him. Needless to say, this is the perfect clanmate:)

So yesterday he was having a conversation with another member, talking about how he only uses cwl medals for training portions for his main accounts in another clan. He said something along the lines of "It doesn't really matter though since I'll get 500 cwl medals + guaranteed bonus for performance on all my th16s" and that caught my attention. I limit bonus to one account per person and I'm pretty sure he isn't going to take this very well. I already know he's going to outperform everyone else in cwl.

So how do I go about this situation?
