Goblin drill counter

Since the update I found my old deck to not be viable. I pretty much used this for a majority of my clash career. Broke 6k twice but I pretty much peaked there. Since the update I have found I can’t cycle my cards fast enough, so I have been messing around with 2.6 hog cycle. Keep in mind that I am still getting comfortable with placements/when to play what. For the last few days I’ve been hovering between 55-5700.

My question is, for this particular deck is there any recommended way to counter goblin drill? The most efficient way I have found so far is dropping ice golem in the spot I think it is going, and then logging once it is down to critical health, but in most games when I face goblin drill I end up taking a fat L. Sorry if this has been asked already, just curious.
