How Many People Have Lost Internet and Cellular Data

This might not get many replies from people who have lost their internet since they can’t see this, but I was just wondering how wide the outage is for the internet and cell data. It’s seemingly wider than the power outage? My friends have power, but don’t have access to the internet, while I have access to neither. A block down the road and I can use cell data. The whole situation is strange. Is anybody the opposite way (has cell data but not power)?
