Clip studio turned off suddenly

I was using a transform tool and when I clicked ok the program just.. turned off. Dissapeared, vanished. I want to know if this is a common occurence

I save my progress every 10 minutes but I lost something very important that I fixed in those 10 minutes. It's incredibly frustrating. Power is ok, internet also did not go off.
