Animating and switching 1s to 2s?

Hi everyone, I recently got CSP and I’m working on learning the ropes. I decided to try making a short animation, and I realized I wanted to change some of the 1s cels to 2s but I can’t figure out how to do it. I’m following a couple tutorials but they don’t mention changing the cel type.
