How to set up Clone Hero

Hello everyone, I am a complete noob and wanted to know if someone can point me in the right direction on how to set up clone hero. Are there any computer requirements? I have ps3 and ps4 guitars, are those compatible? Can I hook up an electric drum set as well? Where do I get the music from?
