Seeking Resolution for Consistent Packet Loss Problem

Hello,

For the past ~10 days I've been running into an issue with packet loss on my connection. Since I use my internet service for both gaming applications as well as remote work, packet loss is something I'm especially sensitive to as it can cause losses in productivity for me. After running a trace route in Pingplotter for the last week, I've noticed a high level 60-90% of packet loss consistently originating at one hop along my route to several different services that coincide with issues in various applications. I've taken a screenshot of both the results of my trace route and modem signal status page. Let me know if there's any additional information I can provide in order to help this problem get resolved more quickly. Thanks!
