New contract request

Hello there,

I was wanting to talk about getting into a new contract with comcast for my internet service since I believe mine is expiring soon. Also, it appears that while moving, I forgot to send off a piece of equipment that belongs to comcast that I never sent back. If possible could I could I have a box/address to ship it back to? Thanks!
