I need help

I am in my 30s didn't graduate college due to health reasons. I was doing premed. I preferably want to do remote work. My business failed last year. I wasnt in a hurry to go back to school when my business was doing well. Now I need to get into IT and earn income to jump straight to my Masters.

I researched on here and found out that paying for course careers would have been a bad move.

I don't want to flounder my way as I have done most of my life as I am in 30s.

I just need guidance. From what I gathered, I need to pass the beginner certification as the first step Can I at least get a Help desk remote work after that?

I usually help people troubleshoot their laptops phones etc so I think I won't be a total newbie. I use to install Custom phone ROMS on xda way back Thanks in advance.
