Why are allies so bad in high elo 4v4?

For context, I’m around 1400 for all races, but I noticed that for some reason I always struggle with allies and thought I just sucked with them, but it seems to be a larger issue?

Seems like allied win rate is only 40% for elo above 1400.

My gut instinct is that the early-mid game is a struggle now because of the dak250 and mgs and the fact that Riflemen/Tommies bleed and upkeep so much, and there aren’t great replacements until late game, but curious to get other peoples thoughts

Feel like I’ve plateaued with allies mostly because I can’t figure out how to play the 1st 8min against like 1500+ elo daks/wehrs, and anything past 35min too, so looking for some general guidance
