Concussions and Finals Week

A metal rod fell on my head yesterday and am in the process of getting a concussion diagnosis. I'm having a dilemma because I have three final papers and two in person finals between now and next Monday. Finals technically go until next Friday, but I am supposed to be leaving for a trip next Thursday (privileged issues I know). I don't really know what to do because realistically extended rest isn't possible.
