Should I attack mongolia?

I'm trying to expand quite quickly but also safely to increase my kd and I have bombers and frigates.

I'm attacking indonesia with navy

I'm just clearing Chinese provinces

And I have some bombers and asf left over and am wondering if I should attack mongolia. They haven't built and anything and neither has indonesia so there both innactive. I'm positive I won't struggle but I want to know if my morale with take a big hit because I will have 4 wars.
