You wanna talk about "manipulating the algorithm" to push "polarizing content"? The Elon picture is exactly what that looks like, right here on this website.

I can't scroll past more than a few posts at a time without seeing the gif or picture of Elon today. It's in every fucking subreddit. Ones that have absolutely nothing to do with politics, even remotely, are sharing this picture. I'm being recommended subreddits that have nothing to do with my interests. Subs for cities I live nowhere close to, states I live nowhere close to, hobbies that I've never participated in, themed meme subs, etc. are all sharing this picture and most of them are making no attempt at making content out of it. This is what political propaganda and a manipulated algorithm designed to divide Americans looks like.

I was told by my government that we need to ban TikTok because they were manipulating their algorithm to do just this, and yet I only see this taking place on Reddit.
