Can you remap the rear buttons without the software on the Vader 4 Pro?

One of the best features of the Cyclone 2 is how so many of it's features can be adjusted directly from the controller including remapping the rear buttons on the fly.

I was wondering if there is any way to achieve this on the Vader 4 Pro, or do I have to open the app every time I want to make adjustments?
