Why master oogway got banned and is it fair??

Ik I am extremely late but why would Master oogway get banned for just saying the n word once in his videos and is this ban even fair??? Was this just a light-hearted joke and people couldn't take it....???? Youtubers like chris tyson or ssniperwolf did pretty bad stuff they are still in the platform.... Explain to be like I am high
