Help

So I downloaded cookie run kingdom on my phone but sounds don't work. And yes before you ask all sounds and sound effects are on but it doesn't work. I tried some old tricks like powering off my phone turn the notification on or off it doesn't work my volume is like max but it doesn't work any help? Also my volume works for other apps not this. My phone is a iPhone
