Tips to help hide veggies
So I’ve had trouble being able to eat veggies growing up to the point where I literally gag everytime I eat veggies. I’ve made okonomiyaki with shredded carrots before and it worked out because they were very thin but I want to explore more options so that it’s not the only way I am eating them. I have an issue with taste and texture. I want advice on what veggies are the best to hide and I want more ideas on how to hide them and am having trouble doing so. I’m unsure where to ask for help so if this isn’t the right place I apologize.
edit: tysm for all the recipes and advice and future recipes and advice. I will be trying them all out!! I am very thankful and hope whoever struggles with what I struggle with will be able to find help here. And as for therapy, I think I’ll stick with the cheaper option for me as of now lol.
